Real-Time PCR Assay Development, Sr. Scientist

IVD Technologies has a Senior Research Scientist position available. The responsibilities of the position include development, planning, experiment design, write ups, formulation, and validation of Real-Time PCR assays. Other Responsibilities include nucleic acid isolation & purification, managing the transfer of Real-Time PCR assays from R & D to production, participating in weekly design review discussion meetings, reporting to Chief Scientist, and producing FDA compliant products. We are looking for someone who is able to think independently, solve problems, ensure timely completion of projects, and work well in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• PhD in related fields

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the industry

• Knowledgeable in Real-Time PCR

• Complete understanding of validation and data analysis

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
